Twenty one Apple iMac computers provide access to general purpose and course specific software. The instructor station is connected to an LCD projector.

All computers have SuperDrives (CD and DVD-RW's) and firewire connections. Computers are running Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Laser printing is available for printing assignments from this lab.

As with all C.M.S. facilities, this lab is available without cost for course related or official Faculty work. A C.M.S. lab account is required to use this lab.

When booked for classes, the lab is UNAVAILABLE for general use. To book the lab (course instructors, faculty or tech coaches only), please contact C.M.S. (cms.educ@ubc.ca, 604-822-5248) or use the online form.

The lab is alarmed and normally open 24 hours a day, although printing is restricted to C.M.S. Office Hours. Also note that the Scarfe building is not neccessarily open 24 hours.
