Computer Lab Booking Request

Computing and Media Services (CMS) computer labs may be booked for Faculty of Education courses and/or workshops. Bookings may be made by course instructors and/or faculty members only.

To reserve an CMS computer lab:

Check the lab schedule to see if the computer lab(s) is available.
Fill out the booking form below. If possible, please submit your requests at least one week in advance of the requested date(s).
Review the Information for Instructors.
If you are unfamiliar with the computer labs in Computing and Media Services, we strongly recommend that you visit the computer lab at least one week before your booking to familiarize yourself with the lab.

Confirmation of your lab booking will be sent via e-mail. Please contact Vicki Domansky (604-822-5248 or cms.educ@ubc.ca) if you require additional information or wish to change or cancel your lab booking.

If there is a change, or you no longer require the lab booking, please notify Computing and Media Services as soon as possible, so we that can adjust the lab schedule.
