A course owner may choose to add additional designers to their course. These designers will have the same design privileges as the course owner.

Only the course owner (primary designer) may add additional designers.

The same process can be used to allow a guest to view the course if desired.

Note: All students, TAs and instructors with access to the WebCT course will retain their access until the course has been reset or individual access has been manually removed.

Add Designers

• Login to CTconnect.

• Click Courses.

• Pull down the course drop box and select the course from the list.

• Click .

• Click Add Users.

• Enter the CWL username for the designer being added.

• Click Instructor/Designer access.

• Ensure that the correct course is selected.

• Click Add.

Add Additional Users

The same process can be used to allow a guest to view the course if desired. Simply enter the guest's CWL and choose Access: Student.
