Request to Add Users to a WebCT Vista Course

Please note that requests will only be accepted from the instructor of record.

Please add the following individuals to my WebCT Vista course:

Note that an individual may be granted both designer and instructor access, or designer and TA access. Other types of access may not be combined; students may NOT be granted any access addition to student access.

	CWL username(s) must be provided
	Designer access: - Can modify content and tools, but cannot interact with students
	Instructor access: - Cannot modify content or tools, but can fully interact with students
	Teaching Assistant access: - Can interact with students and mark quizzes, etc., but cannot modify content. The course designer can choose to give TA's access to specific course management tools if desired
	Student access: - Able to view content and interact with tools as provided by the course designer. May only upload/manage files in their personal My Files folder.
