Before a course can be re-used, the end date must be modified. The course end date is the date that population of the course will stop, and no further students will be added to the WebCT course.

Note: All students, TAs and instructors with access to the WebCT course prior to the end date will retain their access until the course has been reset or individual access has been manually removed.

• Login to CTconnect. 

• Click Courses.

• Pull down the course drop box and select the course from the list.

• Click .

• Click Modify Course.

• Modify the End Date.

• Click .
