By populating an online course, you authorize students who are registered in the course for login access.  Student data is imported from the SISC database nightly, and students are automatically added when they register.

Note: If you specified Yes when creating a new course, then your course is already populated.

If you specified No, then you will need to populate your course manually for registered students to be able to access the WebCT course.

• Login to CTconnect. 

• Click Courses.

• Pull down the drop box and select the course from the list.

• Click .

• Click Populate.

• Check the box next to the each section(s) of your course. 

• Click .
